At SOL Sports Coaching we believe every child deserves the opportunity to shine through sport. Based in Essex, we’re a passionate team of qualified coaches dedicated to delivering high-quality Physical Education (PE) and sports experiences that inspire confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong love of being active.
Who we are
SOL Sports Coaching was founded to bring energy, expertise, and enthusiasm to children’s sports across essex. Our experienced coaches work with nursery and primary schools, providing engaging, curriculum-aligned PE lessons that promote physical development, teamwork, and resilience.
Beyond the school day, we run a range of exciting before-school, lunchtime, and after-school clubs, as well as weekend classes, holiday camps, and birthday party sessions - giving children more opportunities to get active, learn new skills, and have fun in a supportive and inclusive environment.

We’re driven by a simple belief: sport changes lives. Through our core values - Support, Opportunity, and Leadership (the “SOL" in our name) - we help children grow in confidence, develop healthy habits, discover the joy of movement. Our mission is to make sport accessible, inclusive, and inspiring for every child, no matter their ability or background.

Proudly based in Essex, we deliver professional sports coaching and PE provision across local schools and community venues throughout the county.
